    Effective but has a strong smell
    The Scotchgard carpet protector works great in terms of stain resistance, but it has a strong chemical smell that lingers for a while. Make sure to use it in a well-ventilated area. Other than that, it's a reliable product.

    Decent performance
    I found the Scotchgard carpet protector to be decent in terms of stain resistance. It works well for small spills, but larger stains require additional cleaning. Overall, it provides some protection but could be more effective.

    Great product!
    I highly recommend this Scotchgard carpet protector. It does a fantastic job of repelling stains and spills. My rug looks as good as new even after several accidental spills. Very satisfied with the results!
