      Answer: The handle doesn't fold. The pan is flexible. Will fit a tall skinny place.
    • Question: how do you get the plastic off the handle, not the wrap that came with it but there is extra saran wrap that is like glued to the handle

    • Question: How do you get the handle part attached to the dustpan? One side is in, the other side will go in only if the handle part is upside down in the tray.

      Answer: Mine came attached in a big box. The end that goes into the dustpan (metal) just screws into the hole. The metal handle should be permanently attached to the screw part that goes into the dustpan. If it is not attached then send it back.
    • Question: How tall is the handle? I had back surgery and cannot bend.

      Answer: The handle itself is 29 inches. total height is 36 inches with the dustpan on the floor.
    • Question: What are the dimensions of the dustpan not the handle but the pan. Is it skinny? Please help, thank you for the response.

      Answer: It is not skinny..sorry I bought it.Gave it away. Sorry,do not have dimensions but thick

      Answer: Great features ....designed to pick up all sorts of things quickly and easily with out bending . Not really for dust. Works for sand if maneuver the broom a bit .Still need vaccuum.
    • Question: How big is it? Is it bigger where it can reach almost to my chest or waist? Will u have to bend to use jt?

      Answer: It isn't that tall, it might reach your waist, i you are shorter. However the lip on this is horrible and hard to use.
    • Question: How wide is it flipped up for storage? Will it fit is a 3½" wide space next to the refrigerator?

    • Question: will the handle screw out so i can screw in my own?

      Answer: The handle is oval in cross section. I don't think it screws out nor could you screw in your own handle.

    Saves your back from the pain of constantly bending over and there’s a handle on the bottom for dispensing the dirt.

    Great for Quick Cleaning
    We have four dogs and they are always into something. We grab this up and the broom and get it up (not poop) obviously. It folds up nice and stores near the trash can for quick access and use.

    Good dustpan except….
    Overall the dustpan is well made and stores nicely with the fold up pan, but, my only complaint is that it should have a rubber edge to pick up fine particulate dirt. There is a gap between the floor surface and the pans leading edge making it impossible to sweep all the dirt into the pan. It takes several passes to get the dirt into the pan and a soft rubber edge would fix this problem.
