    Wowza!
    This stuff is magic! I was so uncomfortable with bathroom issues and I heard about this product! Absolutely made me feel 100% better in just a couple days. Sometimes 3 pills at night works but if you don’t see desired results, move up to 4 capsules the next night before bed.

    Must have!
    I started semaglutide & hadn’t went to the bathroom in several days. I took these at night & the next morning I had a bowel movement. So thankful for these! They don’t hurt your stomach like laxatives either.

    I can’t live without these!
    I take these daily. As a women who struggles with bowel issues, if I don’t take this supplement I normally will go 7-14 days without using the bathroom. These do not give me ANY discomfort unlike many laxatives do. I honestly cannot live without this stuff!

    Need to poop this is your product
    Having a stopped up moment, stressed out at work and need to release? This product does the job, mag 07 has saved me, don’t take after a full meal, stick to what it says to take any more and you will run to the bathroom all day. Recommendation, take at night it takes 6 to 8 hours to work it’s magic or at least for me it did, then be near the bathroom. Also drink plenty of water with it and after it, that will assist in cleansing.

    Keeps me regular!
    I was told that taking Magnesium would help to keep me regular, and it does. This is my 3rd bottle and I will continue to order. I do recommend starting with 1 tablet, and build up from there. My first time I took 3 tablets and that was a huge mistake!

    Fixed my problem
    I have been plagued with regularity issues for quite some time. Have tried many recommendations but usually the side effects are worse than the problem. I have been using this for a month and it is doing the “job” without bloating, cramping or urgency issues. I take it at night and when the morning comes my body is responding to the call! Easy to swallow and no issues at all. Happy to have found it as it is far less expensive than it’s competitor.
