Question: What's the difference between l-lysine hydrochloride and l-lysine monohydrochloride ?
Answer: I'm not sure if there is a difference between them when using for herpes treatment. However mono usually means single referring to the molecular structure of a compound. You need to do some research. -
Question: Easy to swallow? Not too big like so many?
Answer: These are easy to swallow, and I generally have an issue with pills that are too large. Mine are soft capsules (not sure about these) about 1" long and 1/4" wide, but go down easily for me. Mine are 500 mg/250 capsules. -
Question: does this product really provide any noticeable effect?
Answer: The reasons why I am taking L-Lysine is that I have ALS for 5 years; gradually destroying entire body muscles and life expectancy is 3-5 years after diagnosing, I am still living that is very good news. I am not sure how much L-Lysine is contributing since I am taking a lot more vitamin supplements and also having healthy special diet.
