    Bought these for my partner's shoes that hurt his heals. He said they helped relieve the pain.

    noticeable improvement in plantar fasciitis .
    Returned from a 9 hole golf walk and these were in the mail box. I was having what has become routine post golf walk pain I placed these in my shoes and in a short time there was improvement in my pain level. Four stars based on initial feel. If they pass my test of relief over time I will upgrade to five. So far so good.

    Worth the Extra Cash!
    These heel pads are much like the "name brand" (which we all know) used to be about 15 years ago. Alas, the name brand has deteriorated in cushioning power, but these seem to have stepped up to fill the gap. I am planning to order some more right away.
