    It works fine but the smell is absolutely horrible!

    Not too bad, not fantastic either
    It's pretty stable, but the material feels cheap. Also worth noting that it is a thong style, just with a hole in the middle. The wearer could probably receive penetrative sex with it on, but you don't have full access. Worth $20? Sure. Best kit you'll find? Nope.
