Question: What is the expiration date on the bottle?
Answer: According to designsforhealth.com "Discard after two years of the manufacture date. There is nothing harmful with the product, however, cannot guarantee potency after 2 years." I just received a bottle today that has a manufacturing date of 12/13. I am attempting to return or replace. -
Question: How big is the capsule ?
Answer: The capsule is 3/4" long by 1/4" wide and 1/4" tall. I don't find it difficult to swallow at all as the edges are all rather rounded. Hope this helps. -

Question: Which is better Osteoforce or Osteoforce Supreme?
Answer: I would advise you to check the ingredients on both, for they vary a little. Choose the one that best fits your needs. I asked my doc if she knew of another supplement that was better for bone health. She did not know of one and asked me to stay on the Osteoforce. -
Question: Why are reviewers saying 800mg calcium when the bottle says 500mg?
Answer: My bottle has 2-3 different kinds of calcium listed that add up to 900 mg in 6 capsules. I do not take six, only two. But there are a number of other vitamin and minerals in these, including Vitamin K, which I understand is very valuable. I have been taking them for a long time. Are they helping me? I don't know. Are they harming me? Can't answer that either. I am still alive though. -
