    I don't know how much ALA is in it, I still get achy feet and it does smell odd.

    Great antioxidant
    The capsules are as easy to swallow as any other. It take them with breakfast and have not noticed any significant side effects. Alpha-lipo is an antioxidant that helps with skin aging, lowering blood sugar, and nerve health. Some sites say to take them under supervision, so check with your doctor first. There are some side effects, so be safe.

    Did not work for me
    I gave it 3 stars because it did not agree with my acid reflux. After the second take it gave me cramps and I had sickish feeling in stomach. Maybe manufacturer should mention this on the label.

    Very skeptical but it makes a difference in feet and blood sugars
    I've been using this product for YEARS. Every once in a while i stop because I think that this does nothing. Then within days, my feet ache horribly and my blood sugar starts to creep up.I start taking again and pain goes away. I'd like more transparency from the company in labeling BUT time and time again, it has worked for me - signed a very skeptical customer
