Question: Can anybody please advise how to use this pad? just wipe the affected area and throw the pad or this pad will stick to affected area?
Answer: For me when I used it I placed a pad on my underwear for about 15 minutes and then I would discard it but you can wipe it but I think it's more effective when you place it on the genital area. -
Question: Can you put these in the fridge so they will be cool?
Answer: I'm sure you can but somehow they are normally cool under room temperature conditions. Not sure how that works. They certainly are not COLD, but they are always surprisingly cool. -

Question: Lisa Rinna's book says these can be used on under eye bags- eye puffiness , neck, jawline and forehead for quick tightening- anyone use for this ?
Answer: I don't see why not. Witch hazel is witch hazel no matter where on the body it is used. I would first find the least expensive product and go with that. This seems like a good price. -
Question: How do you have to store it? Has it to be kept in the refrigerator/ freezer? Or just kept outside at normal temp?

Question: Shouldn't there be a foil seal that you have to remove after you take off the lid?
Answer: That I have no clue. But to have at least a white paper seal I would think so but mine didn't. I still use them. You might want to contact the company about your concern. -
Question: Do you literally “tuck” them up your butt??
Answer: You do not put these inside your butt or anywhere else. You can line them in your underwear like a pad or wipe with them. For the love of Pete dont literally "tuck"them.
