    • Question: Is there a reason why the 5 lb is so much thicker than the 2 lb? i tried the 2 lb, liked it, and order 5...outside of jug seems the same...

      Answer: Get something like an "AMIR 500g/0.01g Digital Kitchen Scale". They're twelve bucks & quite accurate. I suspect the powder is compressed, making the scoops a bit heavy. Measuring by weight instead of volume should provide more consistent results.
    • Question: what is the flavor difference between extreme milk chocolate and double rich chocolate?

      Answer: In short, Extreme Chocolate tastes and mixes better if you don't mind the extra 0.5g of fat and extra ingredients. I bought both flavors and tried exactly 1 scoop in 7 ounce of water each. I mixed both with a cup and spoon and mixing the Extreme Chocolate took only a few seconds with very little effort. The other took about 3 minutes to desolve as much as the other. I tried book side by side and the double chocolate tasted so watered down and a bit bitter that I need to force myself to drink it. Then, I drank the Extreme chocolate and the drink was smooth and sweet. FINALLY, a protien shake I could drink with pleasure. Hoped that helps you and others reading this!

    • Question: Helloo is this 100% halal?

      Answer: The product is not certified as Halal. All but four flavors use alcohol in the flavoring system. The ones that do not are: Coffee, Double Rich Chocolate and Cake Batter, but they are processed on the same equipment as alcohol-containing flavors.

      Answer: Does what work? It's food. You consume it. Food is not something that works or doesn't work. That's something you ask about a portable egg scrambler.

      Answer: *EDIT* Depends on the flavor. Milk Chocolate -142. Double chocolate -148. Mocha Cappuccino - 140. Vanilla Ice cream - 154. Cake Batter - 146. Tropical Punch - 148. French Vanilla Créme - 146 Banana Cream - 146 Delicious Strawberry - 146 Rocky Road - 154 Cookies and Cream -150 There are more and I can't really keep listing every flavor. All of these answers are based on the information provided by ON themselves. I might suggest using Google's search engine in the future. You would have had you answers quite a bit sooner. Or, you know, use math. 77 servings in a 5lb tub = 154 servings in a 10lb bag, etc.
    • Question: Can someone confirm/deny the existence of a scoop in the 10 pound bag? Responses so far are inconsistent, at best. :(

      Answer: There is a scoop included in the 10 pound bags of Gold Standard 100% Whey. It is likely buried under the powder. Until located, an equivalent measurement is 4 heaping tablespoons or 1/4 Cup.
    • Question: contains no peanuts or peanut butter, is this false advertising?

      Answer: Because peanuts are a major allergen, we made our chocolate peanut butter flavored whey protein without using any peanuts.
    • Question: Extreme chocolate milk is a good flavor?

      Answer: I love the extreme chocolate milk it tastes great!!

    Worth a try
    I know little about protien powders, but the nutrition facts look pretty solid. Low cal with substantial protein is what i was shooting for. I got the extreme milk chocolate flavor. It is very sweet, a little too sweet. I would not recommend mixing with just water as it tastes best with milk, but cold coffee could be substituted for a lower calorie option and to curb the sweetness. My goal is to lose some weight but try to maintain my muscle mass, and this protien powder does quite well as a meal replacement for breakfast or even lunch as the protein make you feel more full and satiated for longer. This protein mix is worth a try and i have already re-ordered another month supply.
