Question: How large is the softgel? Is it easy to swallow?
Answer: Large is relative to what one can swallow. My personal experience is, "I didn't have trouble swallowing the gel cap." I suggested to others utilizing this supplement to swallow it with soft food (mashed potatoes, oatmeal, etc.) if larger capsules give you trouble.
