    Great for recovery
    The McDavid 475 groin wrap has been instrumental in my recovery from a groin injury. It offers good compression and stability, helping me feel more confident during physical activities. The only downside is that it can be a bit bulky under clothing.

    Average support, but not ideal
    I found the McDavid 475 groin wrap to be average in terms of support. While it provides some relief, I expected better performance. The wrap tends to slip down during intense workouts, which can be frustrating.

    Excellent support and comfort
