Answer: Jessica I think it would be best if you could measure her waist and then go from there. Does she wear pants or dresses this could make a difference also. My cousin that wears these wears a XL and he weighs about 285 pounds and wears a 3XL pants, if that would help any. -
Question: Why does it say 224 when you go to order? it appears it is just 64. the per count piece is wrong, i just ordered. this is a rip off.

Answer: I purchase these for my mom...she loves them. She's wears the XXL and loves how they fit. She has tried other brands, but prefers the Prevail brand. -
Question: Better then poise??
Answer: I have not used Poise so can’t make that comparison. New Prevail user...so far, so good. Pad is long and thick enough to handle accidents. Leg holes are large which is fine for me. Almost resembles a “loin cloth” on my heavy bed-bound husband but quite effective. -

Answer: Hello, Please refer to the 6th picture on the listing, A 122 lb person should be able to wear medium, according to the chart, but it depends on their height. Medium size fits waist sizes from 34 to 46 inches. Thank you.
