    works well when other things haven’t
    these supplements work wonders. i’ve been taking a prescription medication that makes me constipated. i’ve tried eating more fiber, regularly walking, taking stool softeners and laxatives weekly. i found these through a recommendation on reddit and they helped instantly. i took 5 capsules at night and the next morning was able to use the bathroom without any cramping or pain. super helpful, highly recommend.

    Doesn't give you stomach cramps!!
    I've been on weight loss medication for 4 months now and I get constipated quite often. I was putting ClearLax in my coffee in the morning and if it didn't kick in right away, I'd end up rushing to the bathroom at work. The mag 07 is a life changer for me! I take 2 at night on an empty stomach when I go to bed at around 10pm and wake up in the morning at 5:30 and I need to use the bathroom. If I take 3 capsules right before bed, my body is waking me up at 5am to rush to the bathroom and I'll go another 2 times before walking out the door for work at 8:15am. After 2 days of taking 2 capsules at night, I don't need to take the capsules again for another week. It's helped me to continue my weight loss journey with no more constipation!!

    I like that it actually works.. my question is .. can I take my calcium with magnesium in it , while I take this product..
