    too small and ineffective
    five stars because my issues may be more substantial than an over the counter remedy. the dosage is so small that only about half of the medication can be administered. it didn't resolve the bowel obstruction when a bottle of magnesium citrate did.

    Constipation GONE!
    It works pretty quickly so stay close to the bathroom.
