Question: Does anyone with experience with this product have an HLA mold gene and can report success in a lessening of illness due to toxic mold exposure?
Answer: I have the hla mold gene. The doctor who treated my CIRS recommended this. -

Answer: No it's only for mold if it's for lawn furniture or other surfaces try vinegar, Mix equal parts warm water and white vinegar in a bucket and use a brush or spong -

Answer: I do not know if it works on metal. It did not work on the caulk I was trying to clean. -
Question: does this product get rid of the mold smell?
Answer: It helped a lot with getting rid of mold. I used other things to dry out the area and some room deodorizes in conjunction with this. So as for it diminishing odors alone.... Not certain. -

Answer: It depends on how heavy your mold is, how long it will take, but yes, it does work, and very well. It dries the mold up so you can wipe it away. -
Question: can it be used on rubber in the front loading washing machine
Answer: That's probably black mold and this really treats mildew... -
Question: Does this product work on fabric?
Answer: As always, suggest testing on an inconspicuous area 1st. I'll share one use on a fabric cover of a computer carry bag. I sprayed the bag lightly, and let dry. I would say that it helped but not completely removed the mildew. I repeat the procedure, as needed. This keeps it from becoming a major problem, and I still use the bag. One additional step could be to use a soft brush to lightly brush the affected area. -
Question: Will this work on porous wood (like rafters or Joists) that has already been sprayed with Bleach?

Question: Would like to know a comparison between concrobium and zep clear shell. both say no ammonia or bleach in it. does one work better than the other?
Answer: Concrobium is sodium carbonate which is relatively safe but I found it very ineffective in reducing mold or even keeping it away. Zep Clear Shell is made with Chitosan which is also safe and has many uses. In wine making is is used to keep certain fungus's at bay and in seeding to defend against fungal infections. It is also used as a fat binder in weight loss pills. As far as for mold prevention I'm not sure, never used it so I cannot comment. As I mentioned to another answer I used Healthful Home Mold & Bacteria Disinfectant and it worked very well for me and it's very safe to use around the house.
