    • Question: How large is the pill?

      Answer: The pill was too large for my 8 yr old. It is an oblong caplet, about double the size of Aleve or Advil. More for adults.
    • Question: is there caffine in the product?

      Answer: No. Only riboflavin (B2) 400 mg, magnesium 360 mg, and feverfew 100 mg.
    • Question: What is in it?

      Answer: Riboflavin or B2 as the vitamin form- 400mg... Magnesium (both citrate and oxide for absorption)360mg ...and "Puracol" a whole leaf and extract form of feverfew-100mg. Also, gelatins, vegetable extracts and gum, and sodium starch glycolate to keep it in a pill form. It is a white powdered pill, easy for me to swallow. I have had both brain trauma migraines and chemical migraines since I was 4 yrs. old. I am approaching 50 and have taken this supplement for 2 years. Best stuff since Demerol. It calms my nerves and deadens the pain, but most months it is able to take the pain away completely. In fact I went off of it for 1 month while moving out of state and was I sorry. Good for general migraine or hormonal cycle migraine.
    • Question: It is effective, if I don't have migraine but have tension headaches?

      Answer: I get both, migraines and tension, and it is working for me. I have fewer headaches.
    • Question: Do the constant trips to the bathroom end eventually?

      Answer: No, the types of magnesium that are used acts as a laxative. I had to duplicate the formula using magnesium glycinate which doesn't upset stomach. You can buy the other ingredients separately too. Costs more but no side effects.
    • Question: Has anyone experienced weight gain from taking Migrelief?

      Answer: I have not experienced any weight gain from Migrelief.
    • Question: when should i see its working ? im waiting for the order but i would like to know how soon will i see results from using this pill

      Answer: I had monthly bad migraines with weekly minor ones on weekends. I started taking during a particularly bad migraine & seemed about 6 weeks before my migraines disappeared altogether. Today, I get an aura maybe every few months and I immediately down 4 of the "migrelief now" and 3 extra strength excedrins and headache never comes. For sometime after that a valsalva generates a momentary one-sided headache after that but only momentary to let me know what I would have had. Short answer, about 6 weeks in my case. And I've had migraines since age 6.
    • Question: is this product PA free?

      Answer: This product does not contain Butterbur but instead has Feverfew. Butterbur seems to be the big one on the list of pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PAs). I would check with the manufacturer.

    Lessened the pain during an attack and the frquency
    I have hemiplegic migraines and chronic daily migraines. These have lessened the pain and frequency of an attack. They need to be take for approximately three months before they work, but they are the best thing I’ve found.

    Unsure if it works, but doesn’t mean it doesn’t work!
    I can’t tell if this really helped me. I get migraines from tension, and cervical spine issues. Also if I’m tired, which is often due to a chronic pain and sleep disorder. My neurologist recommended I try this. I guess I can say that while taking it I did not experience any bad migraines. But now I’ve run out and I guess I’m taking my chances because supplements are expensive and I am not a person with lots of disposable income.

    Minor relief maybe
    My son has had migraines ever since having a stroke at a young age. We've tried many things and this is one on a long list that we won't be purchasing again.
