Getting rid of fleas in carpet
I purchased this product because it was recommended by an expert. My inconsiderate neighbors who seem to love their pets, but not their neighbors, have created a flea infestation in the common area hallways throughout all the floors in a high-rise condo. I have no pets. Yet, waiting for the elevator or walking down the hallway to the garbage chute is a sure way to have those fleas jump on you and bring them to your house. The itching on my legs is horrible. I dread having to walk down the hallway. I hope this spray works. I tried it today for the first time.

Honest Review From a Rental Home That Was Infested With Fleas
Ok, so I had a rental property where they had 3 cats living in there, even though it was against the rental agreement. It was infested with fleas really bad. I went in the first time and if you stood still on the carpet, there would be 15-20 fleas all over your ankles and shoes. I bought 2 cans of this and sprayed every room. At first it worked amazing and the next day, no fleas were to be found. I could stand in any room and didn't see anything. Little did I know, this does NOT kill the eggs! So after 2 weeks, I revisited the property as it was scheduled to be remodeled.(no one living there during the 2 weeks) It was again infested as I'm guessing the eggs had hatched that were deeper in the carpet. Wasn't as bad of an infestation as the first time, but still multiple fleas visible on your ankles if you stood still. So that's when I went back and looked at the cans and realized that it does not kill the eggs, which can lay dormant for years, until they are disturbed and they hatch. I have purchased a different product this week and will go spray the house tomorrow. I got the Adams brand spray which says it actually kills the eggs and the larvae. I'll review that on in a couple weeks to see how it does. This Raid isn't bad, it did wipe out the first infestation, it just didn't prevent the eggs from hatching over the next 2 weeks.

At 53 and this is the only one I use.
I have been using this brand product for years....they use to have a foam for kittens to use at two weeks that was wonderful if needed. I wish I could find that again !!! It got out that I wont leave you out in the cold so all the mommas come and have turned my back yard into a berthing Hospital LOL This is my go to for flea's. Price has been fair for years depends on where you purchase, hint hint...

    Yes, Please!
Right now I just lightly spray on the tile floors then I clean them. The FLEASTARDS don’t jump on me when I walk through the room now. Not to mention the larvae that I can’t see but know are there from before when I would vacuum and turn the container upside down to see the larvae move on the clear part. I use Raid while helping to get my pet under control first cuz fleas are being tracked everywhere by him. Fleas don’t jump on me when I spray Raid lightly even. Raid is a great complement to my multi faceted holistic attack. FYI It’s a really even, airy, forceful, foggy, flowing spray which I like vs uneven and spurty spray with other Raid bug sprays. I guess that’s why the special nozzle.
