    • Question: Are these pipe cleaners white in color? They look almost tan/beige and I need white. Thank you!

      Answer: They are not made with bleached cotton. They are natural cotton color. Natural cotton is more absorbant than bleached cotton. Oh and by the way, most of the harmful chemicals in cigarettes come from the bleached papers. So brownish cotton, no harmful chemicals in your pipe.
    • Question: How many pipe cleaners per pack?

      Answer: There are 56 cleaners in each bundle. I bought 20 bundles for a total of 1120 cleaners.
    • Question: How thick are these pipe cleaners?

      Answer: Extremely thin, perhaps 2.5mm. They are NOT typical pipe cleaners, they are for a smoking pip
    • Question: are these 100% cotton?

      Answer: Since they are 100% soft, I'm going to say yes, since I can't imagine them mixing in some kind of synthetic. I will point out that they are very soft (meaning non-abrasive), and do not contain the hard bristles some cleaners have for scraping the interior of the pipe.
    • Question: The description says ‘standard’ the photo says ‘extra absorbent’ these are different products. Which one is this?

      Answer: I assume the product description "standard" refers to non-bristle style and normal length. They are very absorbent, and every pack of BJ Long pipe cleaners I've bought for years has had the phrase "extra absorbent" on the wrapper. It's a marketing term but also, in this case, an apt description of the product.
    • Question: what are the dimensions of this item?

      Answer: The B.J. Long regular pipe cleaners are 6-1/2 inches in length and somewhere around 1/8 inch thick. There is very little shedding of lint as compared to the cheaper brands, plus the wire is stiffer. I find they are a good compromise between price and quality.
    • Question: where are these pipe cleaners made

      Answer: They are made in the USA. The company is headquartered in Rochester NY, but I don't know if that's where they are manufactured
    • Question: How long are these?

      Answer: about 6" long

    They clean pipes
    The first time a friend of mine saw me use a pipe cleaner, he looked at me curiously. Turns out, he had never seen anyone use a pipe cleaner to actually clean a pipe. I have used BJ Long pipe cleaners for their intended purpose for many years. They are basic and effective. 'Nuff said.

    Work fine.
    Work just fine, a tad thinner than the ones in the yellow thing, which I like. Plus you get like a gazillion of them at a decent price.

    I like these pipe cleaners
    I have not used the bristle pipe cleaners but for regular pipe cleaners, these are my choice so I bought the 10 pack.

    Good for the purpose.
    Reasonably priced, good for general pipe cleaning. Could be a bit fluffier but they work well enough as is for cleaning the 11 pipes i use.

    Nice!
    If you are looking to clean small holes and pick up dirt/debris, these are it. A bit more than the cheaper ones but well worth it. The cheaper ones are for decorations. They are fluffy and the material collapses and hardly picks anything up. I use less of these than the cheaper ones.

    The BEST pipe cleaners I've found!
    Best for cleaning my pipes. Not to fat, stiffness is just right.
