      Answer: I think they will be safe on a fiberglass pool. I use them at my fiberglass sailboat all the time.

      Answer: Try on a small area first. I used on teak wood which is hard wood.
    • Question: can this be used to clean silk screens?

      Answer: These pads are intended to clean boat bottoms. They may be too coarse to be used on silk screens.

    I bought to clean teak chairs that had been neglected. With a little elbow grease, this did the trick.

    Good design
    These are a nice design. I saved the handles from my old worn out ones and used a glue gun to lightly secure the new pads so now even the spare pads have handles.

    Did not last long
    I used these scrubbers on a teak bench to wear off the top coat before refinishing. Unfortunately, they started losing their hardness quickly and I had to switch to the other one. Would have liked them to last better.
