Question: In the description, why does it say, "ingredients: false"?
Answer: I have 2 bottles of this product, and I cannot find anywhere that it says 'ingredients: false'. My bottles have a detailed list of about 1 dozen ingredients., like Polysorbate-20, Stevia extract, Clove Bud oil, Peppermint oil, Elderberry extract, and so on. You didn't ask, but from my experience it works well for sore throat pain. -
Question: How many mg zinc per 4 sprays?
Answer: About 3.7 mg per 4 sprays. -
Question: So this product is intended more for preventing a sore throat rather than treating an already sore throat?
Answer: It's mainly for when you start to feel sore throat symptoms. Use it right away once that occurs, and you may nip a sore throat in the bud. -
Question: Has the formula changed? I see an ingredient in it not listed on my bottle, polysorbate 20
Answer: Polysorbate 20 is not good. I am so disappointed to see it as the 2nd listed ingredient, which gives it a higher volume than the rest of the ingredients in this, besides water. -
Question: will tsa allow this 4oz bottle on airplane?
Answer: I believe the 2oz bottle is allowed on the airplane. Not the 4oz bottle. Check the airline carry-on rules. -
Question: Does this product have an expiration? I have one from at least 2 years ago, and I’m wondering if it’s still good? Thanks!
Answer: I’m not sure if it’s still good but it’s worth trying if you have a sore throat. I would use it and order a new bottle in the meantime. -

Question: Is every single ingredient in this product natural? I read that it isn't?
Answer: I’m not an expert, but just reading the ingredients on the label, I would say that at least most of them are natural, like peppermint oil and clove oil. The one ingredient I’m not sure about is Polysorbate 20 - not sure what this is so I would have to research it. You didn’t ask but I can say from experience that this product is very effective for treating a sore throat - it’s helped me several times. -

Answer: On my computer screen, it's the 4th picture down on the left side. Not sure if I know how to get a "screen shot"...?! (It won't let me copy/paste.) - Here's what's listed under the description of item: "Provides a full dose of effective zinc in a targeted, bioavailable form that also includes menthol, clove bud and natural peppermint oil, along with cherry bark and slippery elm extract."
