Question: does this work on fine wash items - i.e. silk, wool, etc? thanks.
Answer: i see it contains laurel sulfates and other toxic chemicals, not sure i should buy this. Been using My Green Fills, on here from a company, but the postage is high for sending, even when i order 2, i get charged double shipping, but it's pure.. -
Question: What kind of fragrance does this contain? What does it smell like?
Answer: It's light and citrusy. It's not overpowering in the least, but very fresh. -

Question: How is this formula different from the regular non-cold-water-specific biokleen detergent? (biokleen laundry liquid, citrus essence)
Answer: Cold water detergents contain a different group of enzymatic cleaners than non-cold-water specific detergents, a group of enzymes that functions best in cold water. -
Question: does it have the citrus scent?
Answer: A very subtle citrus scent, not overpowering at all. -
Question: How long is it good for after opening (period after opening)?
Answer: I didn't think laundry detergent expired. -
Question: Does this kill dust mites?
Answer: The trick to getting rid of dust mites in the items you wash is to wash them in hot water. Not just hot, but 140 degrees Fahrenheit (60 degrees Celsius) hot. At this temperature, 100 percent of dust mites are killed, according to WebMD. So, yes if you use 140 degree water. I enjoy using the product because you only need a tiny capfull and everything comes cleaner and fresh. -
Question: How long does it last after opening?
Answer: The product contains phenoxyethanol, which is a synthetic preservative. Should be good for a long time. -
Question: Can this be used to clean cloth (menstrual) pads?
Answer: I've used it with clothes soiled from potty training successfully, but I haven't used it for that specific application.
