Answer: Rocky Road is a combo of almond, marshmallow and chocolate. It is my go-to flavor! It's delicious, even with only water and I find that it's not sickly sweet either. Hope that helps! -
Question: Whats the bedt flavor???
Answer: I’ve been buying this since my gastric bypass surgery 9yrs ago. Cookies n Cream is the only flavor I’ve ever had. I’m now interested in trying the other newer flavors but if you want that special guilty pleasure Cookies n Cream is it! -

Answer: It’s a 80:20 blend of casein so muscle recovery lasts longer than just protein. I have 2 shakes a day. One of those is usually post workout. I don’t know how fast it will work for you. It depends on how much you work out and your age and diet. It usually takes me about 2 weeks. -
Question: Does this product have Casein Hydrolysate or micellar casein?
Answer: Melissa, thank you for your question. UMP contains Milk Protein Isolate which is very similar to Micellar Casein. Both are slow digesting milk proteins derived from skim milk, and follow relatively the same process, except Milk Protein Isolate is Ultrafiltrated and Micellar is Microfiltrated. Also, the MPI used in UMP typically has the ratio of casein to whey protein unchanged from the original milk. Micellar Casein is the dry form of MF milk in which whey protein is removed. This leaves the whey to casein ratio altered, differentiating it from Milk Protein Isolate. UMP does not contain Casein Hydrolysate, however, it is the main component of another Beverly International product that is in tablet form, Mass Amino Acids. Thank you so very much!! -
Question: Seeing lots of reviews about the taste, but not about the results. I am 5'3, 126 lbs and looking to tone up/lose weight - is this product recommended?
Answer: If you are looking to build muscle, a combination of healthy diet, weight lifting (super important!) and fat burning exercise is crucial. In order to "feed" your muscles following a workout, you need to incorporate protein which is needed to build and maintain muscle. Protein helps in muscle recovery and building, and, following your workout routine, should be consumed within 20-30 minutes. I have been using UMP for the past 8 months following my weight lifting routines and I have seen great results in my overall muscle definition in legs, bi's, tri's, back, and shoulders. UMP is particularly nice because it combines the effects of BOTH casein and whey protein, which are slow and fast metabolizing in your system respectively (many other protein powders utilize only one or the other).
