      Answer: Hi Betty! I sure hope you are doing well🙌🏼🙌🏼 So what you dobis hold the thermometer at the end, not the end you put un your mouth, and shake it really hard downwards. Make sure you have a good grip cause youll end up tossing it otherwise or you can sinply run it under cold water. I hope this helps Betty! God bless you and I hope all is well.

      Answer: If you do not have a temp it will not get higher in temperature. So thats a good sign. Otherwise it might be broken.
