      Answer: almost certainly corn. there is very little OTHER plant source for vegetable glycerin anymore. I am allergic to corn and it caused my nose to bleed *couldn't find any reason other than spray.

      Answer: You need to supplement 250 mcgs if you take daily. You need 2500 mcgs if you take once a week. You need far more the less often you take it. I would take 500 every other day.

      Answer: I wouldn't. But why wouldn't you consult with a doctor?

    Im in at energy...
    I picked this up as a friend recommended it, and I was sold at supporting cognitive functions. This all natural and most absorbable Methyl B-12 is the best in the market. I suffer from low B-12 levels so I am happy to share this little bit of love- I feel so great taking it and I know it is so good for me too. It provides a natural energy boost. I take this everyday as it so easy, a few sprays every morning and I am well protected.

    Hard to read label ---
    I just received this product and don't know if it works or not. My comment is about the label. I am an 80 year old with cataracts and had to use a very strong magnifying glass to read the label and still had a hard time. The label is orange, which is okay, but the writing is in white. PLEASE change the writing to black. It would help a lot of people to be able to read it better. Thank you. It might be a great product, but gave it 4 stars because it is so hard to read the label.

    Taste great
    Easy to take and tastes great. The only way to know if this product works is to get your blood tests to check b12 levels. I take b12 capsules along with my with the spray. My levels are perfect and on the high end.
