Question: how soon before feeling reults
Answer: I believe in the quality of PURE brand. I also take their version of women's nutrients for over 40. As far as feeling results tho, I still have hot flashes, just maybe not as many. Regardless, I'm not going to stop taking it. Anything is better rather than taking hormones in my opinion.
