    Perfect Ingredient for Smoothies
    I use MetRx Protein powder in my smoothies as one of the main ingredients. I make the smoothies in my blender, using a cup of unsweetened almond milk, a cup of plain, fat-free Greek yogurt, one scoop Chocolate MetRx Protein Plus powder, two teaspoons of canola oil, two tablespoons of dark chocolate unsweetened cocoa powder and a banana and zap them together. It is delicious!!! I sometimes add either a quarter teaspoon of mint extract or two table spoons of peanut butter powder. I also do the same thing with MetRx vanilla protein powder, with the addition of a half cup of strawberries (no cocoa powder, of course). These smoothies are delicious, and with the addition of the MetRx protein powder, are very nutritious, as well.

    I've tried others, I keep comin' back
    I have tried a couple different powders and this one seems to be the best tasting for having no sugar. It has a few other nutrients that make me feel better about taking it than some others. I'm lactose intolerant and I can digest this powder easily.
