    Very helpful
    I have been having a problem with plantar fasciitis and my doctor recommended this. I found that the cushioned support was very helpful and helped ease my pain.

    Comfortable Heels
    I bought these for some second hand rain boots that had disintegrated heel supports. These were a good replacement. The gels were nice & soft. The boots didn't turn our to be that great for other reasons, though.

    Helping so much with heel pain I've experienced
    These are so helpful in reducing the heel pain I've recently been experiencing. They can be placed in a pair of shoes, worn, rinsed off and placed in another pair later. This is my 2nd pair and I'll probably keep purchasing them if I continue to experience heel pain.
