Question: How long do you heat this in the Microwave?
Answer: 20 seconds, as per the instructions, doesn’t ge it warm enough. One minute is perfect but I’ve trashed two of them that way. I contacted the company and they insisted that 20 seconds is perfect. Not. But they sent me a new one. Love the flexibility and texture of the product, but can’t keep buying them.
