Question: What do I do when the dropper clogs up? This has happened with two separate bottles and I am unable to dispense drops.
Answer: I just stored it upside down for a few hours and then it worked fine. Once it clears then after doing your drops turn it rightside up and blow some air through the nozzle to clear it for next time. -

Answer: I know that one of them has a 2% solution and one has a 5% solution, which you can see on the label. I personally use the 5% solution per my eye doctor for Recurrent Corneal Erosion. It helps tremendously. -

Answer: Bausch & Lomb Muro 128 is not preservative free. It contains Methylparaben 0.023% and Propylparaben 0.01%. -

Answer: Expiration date is 3/23. -
Question: What is the storage temp for these drops?
Answer: I’m not sure of the exact temp they should be stored at, but I always kept mine on the counter in the bathroom. Maybe you could check the Bausch and Lomb website. -
Question: What is the difference between 5% and 2%?
Answer: I use the ointment. But 5% or 2% is the amount sodium that is in the medicine. -
Question: How can I be sure that the item I'm purchasing is not expired?
Answer: I have ordered these any number of times and the expiration date has never been a problem. I just received an order and the expiration date is 8/2020. -
