Question: So i see there's an Omega, a greens, an the original. That's basically 100 a month to cover all the bases. Why not one pack for all?
Answer: That's a valid question and concern. The answer is that based on the substantial/ meaningful dosages that Animal puts into each of their formulas, that would equate to approx. 25 - 30 pills in one package which would look like a month supply in one packet so not ideal for one serving. Yes, the 3 products that you are interested in make a lot of sense foundationally so I would (and do) take advantage of spreading them out throughout the day. In pill form, Original PAK would be taken with my breakfast or first meal of the day. Greens during lunch or mid-day and Omega at dinner or evening. May I also suggest taking the original PAK in powder form, this way you can chase down a packet of OMEGA while you're drinking your multi-vitamin/ mineral supplement at the same time.
