    Pleasant topical Gel to use...but not a miracle cure
    Medicinally, I feel that Arnica is a very useful plant extract. I find this particular formulation (8% strength in a Witch Hazel Gel) a very pleasant & convienent way to use topical Arnica. Just remember that every natural remedy has it's potency limits & therefore Arnica is not likely to miraculously cure every ache, pain or strain.
