Answer: Contains soy, milk, & almond ingredients. Manufactured in facility that processes eggs, peanuts, other tree nuts, and wheat. I'm not sure you want this if you have any food allergies. -

Answer: The few flavors I've tried do have soy isolate. Those flavors are: Chocolate Peanut Butter, Fudge Graham, and Chocolate Mint. You need to check the nutritional info on the flavor you want to try.
