    • Question: How long must you take them to see results?

      Answer: I had an OK milk production but wanted a great milk production so I was recommended these vitamins. I'd say I saw a significant increase within 24 hours. I was very pleased with this product. The only improvement would be the price but it was still worth it. I followed the instructions perfectly which I think was very important and that helped me see results within 24 hours. So I took 3 doses (a full day's worth) and saw results the next day.     • Question: What is the difference between Motherlove More Milk Plus and Motherlove More Milk Special Blend?

      Answer: More Milk Plus is Motherlove's most popular and best selling breastfeeding supplement and contains fenugreek, blessed thistle, nettle and fennel. More Milk Special Blend includes those same ingredients with the addition of goat's rue. Goat's rue is an herb that helps mammary tissue development. We recommend the Special Blend for women who did not see an increase in breast size during their pregnancy, have had previous breast surgeries or are adoptive mothers. Hope this helps!

      Answer: When I no longer needed to take these I wanted to get them out of my system because these pills had given me a syrupy smell so I drank plenty of water. It took me about two days. Hope that helps :)

    This stuff wokrs for me
    As a first time mom, my body was trying to figure out what on earth it was doing.....or more likely, I was trying to figure out what my body was doing. MY little one was SOOOO HUNGRY all the time and I wasn't producing enough milk for her much less to begin a stash. I started taking these puppies 4x a day and by the next day I was leaking like crazy. I was able to feed her and pump after and begin my back up stash. The only downside, which i believe is reasonable, is if I forget to take it because I am out of my routine I don;t produce as much. My supply doesn't disappear....I can still make enough to feed her and pump the little extra, I just don't get the ample amounts that I have produced before.

    Absolutely Horrible Taste
    So I just got this product. I'm eager to see some results. I'll definitely update this review once I notice some changes, but MAN the taste has me gagging every time. Imagine mothers milk tea but fermented! That's what it taste like. I have to really fight to swallow it. **Update** So despite the horrible taste, I actually was having such a hard time swallowing it that I stopped for a few weeks. I started back on it because I'm desperate for my milk to come in better and started putting the drops in some kind of juice that I have at the tike, whether it's Gatorade or apple juice etc. It definitely helps reduce the strong and unbearable flavor of the drops. Since doing this my milk is slowly improving. In the mornings my first pump has been at most 5-6oz and today I finally reached 8oz! So this product is working. I want to mention though that I'm taking fenugreek supplements and doubling up on prenatals as well as chugging water as much as I can.

    Did not help any with production, and made both the wife and baby extremely gassy. Since this a proprietary blend you also have no idea exatly what % of anything is in it. Edit: the company has contacted me and apologized that it didn't not work for us. I appreciate the effort and the fact they recognize this may not work for everyone and willing to make things right.

    Recommended by my lactation consultant to help boost my supply. I noticed a huge difference within 3-4 days of starting the regimen. Sometimes I get fennel burps from the oils, but I think that speaks to the bioavailability of their product. Definitely worth a try if your supply is struggling!

    Great quality for the price!
    I took one dose and it almost doubled my supply. It has a strong alcohol taste to it (like it tastes similar to everclear), but if you can get past that, than you will do great with pumping!
