    Serving size is deceptive.
    It says take one daily. That’s only 250mg for both. You have to take two to equal 500. It is 500mg together. But a daily dose of Choline got a woman should be 425mg, not 250, so you have to take two. Not a problem for me. But it should say that.

    Nice supplement to fill in where my diet lacks.
    Since I don’t really eat the foods that contain Choline, I was looking for something to patch in what I lack in my diet. This does the trick. Within a few days/first week of taking, I felt like I could think more clearly and didn’t have as much brain fog that my 44 years and hypothyroid contribute to. Haven’t noticed any side effects so far. Two bottles came in a plastic bag; capsules are easy to swallow & size shown on measuring tape in pic; easy-open, flip cap (very speedy)!
