Question: Is this Ceylon/true cinnamon?
Answer: It is "true" cinnamon, but not Ceylon. Cassia cinnamon is less expensive, and some doctors advise against it. -
Question: This is not Saigon Cinnamon which means it has high Coumarin Levels?
Answer: I have been reading several articles about the pros and cons of cinnamon, they all agree that the Cassia variety of cinnamon (this one) contains much more coumarin (the dangerous element in this spice) than the Ceylon variety. After researching, I won't be taking these. -
Question: Are the capsules made of animal gelatin?
Answer: It just says gelatin on the bottle and since it doesn't state otherwise it is probably animal gelatin. Hope this helps. -
Question: are these cinnamon cassia
Answer: The ingredients states that it is only cinnamon. I get much more reaction from fish oil capsules but even those are very infrequent and usually on an empty stomach. Hope this helps. -

Answer: The lot I received had a date of 05/2021. It varies with any lot purchased. If you receive an expired lot, simply contact the seller send it back. Easy peasy. -

Answer: The bottle doesn't say which cinnamon this is. It only says Cinnamonium burmannil - bark. Might want to call them and ask. # is 1-800-433-2990 M-Sat 9 am - 7 pm EST -
Question: Are these cinnamon extract?
