    • Question: Okay..so how do you get the photos put on phone?

      Answer: We went to a store that has a photo center and used photo from or phone and made them small . We took one of the example photo with us to make sure we got the right size . Less than $10 to do all the button
    • Question: I am looking for an excellent quality speakerphone for my teleconferences. Can someone rate the quality of clarity/loudness of speakerphone please

      Answer: Bought this for elderly parents for the picture dialing. Can't activate speakerphone AFTER picking up the handset to answer or AFTER dialing a number, which is odd and unhelpful. Quality of speaker average.
    • Question: Will the phone work attached to a cellular receiver?

      Answer: There are services, such as Community Phone, that sell a device that picks up a signal from a nearby cell tower. A landline phone can be plugged into that device.
    • Question: does this phone have caller id

      Answer: No caller id
    • Question: If you press a photo, will it automatically go to speaker and dial?

      Answer: If you pick up the receiver and then press a photo, it dials that person. With my aunt, whose vision was poor, we substituted very large, single letters. You are free to put in the button what you want.
    • Question: How long is the coiled cord and the cord that attaches to the phone jack in the wall?

      Answer: Will try to help, though I have not unpacked item yet, waiting for a family change in status. I can send you a photo of the phone, the cord is coiled and looks like about 3 ft when stretched. hope that help
    • Question: Does this phone work when the power goes out?

      Answer: Not sure as it was used at a nursing home facility and their back-up generator kicks in when the power goes out, but I will say the phone only worked for approx 6 months and then quit working! Was very disappointed!
    • Question: Does this unit have a wall mount?

      Answer: Good morning. Yes, it is wall mountable. Thank you.
    • Question: I have seen opposing answers to the same question. Can anyone verify that the phone announces who is calling?

      Answer: No caller ID, just rings, flashes . Otherwise a good phone. Good amplification, can hear my mom who has a very weak voice with no trouble.

    Easy to use
    Our 98 year old Mother has a hands tremor and needs an easy phone to use. This one worked perfectly. The audio quality is also much better than her previous phone. We are pleased with this phone.

    Easy to use for seniors
    This will make it easier for my parents, with their diseases, to contact their loved ones with the touch of a button. The buttons are big and the amplification makes it easier for them to hear. No more struggling with cell phones for them.

    Great for Alzheimers-Finally My Mom Can Answer The Phone
    It has been so frustrating to live in another state and attempt to call my 90 year old Mom with Alzheimers. She would answer her cordless phone, put me on mute, turn it upside down and hang up. It was so challenging and sad. We set up this phone and put it by her chair where she sits, and she can actually answer it. As her daughter, I am so happy, and believe she is too. We did put our names where the photo goes since she is still reading words well. We haven't gotten photos made to fit yet and she was able to call by pressing the button with the name. Products like this are lifesavers when there are challenges with the elderly. I also think since this kind of receiver was what she grew up with and it's logged in her memory, that makes it easier. We both seem to be able to hear well. I turned up the volume on the phone and who knows if she has moved those sliders. We wanted to test it out to make sure it would work, and then we will buy one for her bedside night stand too. We will definitely buy this phone again.
