Answer: The Delsym label reads: Active ingredient: each 5 mL contains dextromethorphan polistirex, equivalent to 30 mg dextromethorphan hydrobromide. Other information: each 5 mL contains sodium 7 mg. A doctor recommended it to me many years ago when I had bronchitis and it has been the only cough syrup I have use since. -

Question: how to get lid off delsym cough syrup?
Answer: I use a small knife to cut around the protective cover on the cap. Then just push down like it says on the cap and turn it. It opens for me every time that way. -

Answer: Not sure how to answer that but Delsym really helps me when I have bronchitis. -

Answer: If it's from allergies it will. It's the only thing that will calm my cough & let me sleep from the sinus drainage from bad allergies.It also works in the daytime & doesn't make you drowsy. -
