Question: how many grams of sugar does it have per serving? what sweetener does it have?
Answer: 4 grams sugar, honey powder, cane juice, stevia -
Question: The bottle says it contains ingredients of international origin. Which ingredient is from which country?
Answer: Some of the whey protein comes from Ireland. There may be other ingredients from other countries, but whey makes up the majority of the formula. -
Question: thinkin bout mixing "on" half casein / half whey , like a matrix of fast & slow proteins. wondering if anyone has tried this and results ????
Answer: I do not think it is a good idea. This product has a high amount of tryptophan so you sleep at night while the slow acting protein is renuritioning the muscles. Add more whey/protein will keep you awake. During the day, because of the high amount of tryptophan will cause groggyness. Once I tried thus product during the day and I was groggy all day. Probably there is a product all ready formulated. Better to get a formulated product than trying to make you own. -

Answer: Im not sure but I guess it's at lease like one year anaways this is a really good protein with no side effects I'm pretty sure you will finish it before the expiration date! -

Question: Just opened sealed canister and I see White particles inside my chocolate casein protein powder. Is that the sugar or salt or something else?
Answer: I have used this priduct for years and never encountered any white particles.
