Question: what is the inside demension of the wood handle, I have a large hand and need to know Thanks
Answer: First of all it is a well constructed wooden cane of about 1" stock. I measured inside the curve where the hand would go. It was 3-1/4 inches inside and 5 " outside the curve. This is a difficult measurement as it is a curve and the distances vary by where you measure. I too have large hands and the cane fits just fine. The other thing is that it is not expensive and worth a try anyway. Hope this helps. -

Answer: I thought when I ordered it they said 36 inches but when I measured it just now it was 35 and 1/2 inches. but I have used it for a long time so maybe some of the rubber tip at the bottom has worn. Sorry I took so long to answer......Joel Buntley -

Answer: This is made from maple wood and weight 12.8 oz. -
Question: Is it solid ash wood or some kind of veneer?
Answer: It’s solid as I had to cut it down by 1 1/2” for my height. Easy to do. I then just put the rubber foot back on! Great sturdy cane. Like it a lot. -
Question: One of the answers makes it seem that there's a rubber tip at the end. The picture doesn't show it. Is there a rubber tip and, if so, what color is
Answer: On the two I have both have a black rubber tip. If the cane was too long one could easily remove the tip and cut the cane and then replace the tip. Hope this helps. They are good, solid canes. -
