Question: The active ingredient is not listed. Does anyone know what it is?
Answer: I bought this and have used it MANY times. First of all, the ingredients are not listed on the bottle so who knows what's actually in it. Secondly, it doesn''t work! I had to do about 7-8 applications for the smell to finally dissipate but that only lasted for a few days. Very disappointed in this product. -
Question: is it going to work in a cold water?
Answer: I don't know but directions say to use hot water which is what I did. -
Question: Has anyone used this in a Miele washer?
Answer: I developed a very effective remedy. -
Question: Is this product good to use?
Answer: It works as advertised very well. At first it seems pricy but not as expensive as replacing towels. -

Answer: It had a disinfectant smell but I did not notice a fragrance. -

Answer: I’m not sure what you mean by strong, it doesn’t have a strong odor to it if that’s what you’re asking though. Smells like almost nothing to me. -
Question: Does this leave suds in the washer after running a clean washer cycle or are those suds from the build up coming out of the machine?
Answer: I did not see any suds after running a cycle with this washing machine cleaner. -
Question: Can you use this with a stainless steal dishwasher?
Answer: Hmm. I've never used it in my dishwasher but the product says you can. Works in laundry machines for sure. I use it every few months to eradicate the moldy smell/mold. Try the following in your dishwasher first. I recommend filling a huge plastic cup with vinegar. Wedge it in place on the bottom rack and turn the machine on. The cycle will slowly circulate the vinegar out of the cup and thru all the washer parts. Property inspectors always recommend doing this at least once per year.
