Answer: Suspect that frequent use of the back brace would tend to weaken you stomach muscles because the brace lessens the sole dependence on these muscles. -
Question: Is this good for lifting? i'm a woman and am short. i have a job that requires me to lift heavy objects all day.
Answer: This belt will give you protective support but should not be used to give extra strength. -
