Question: What pressure do you inflate to?
Answer: That's a personal preference. I use mine at a substantially under-inflated level, which allows my spinal muscles to relax more. I get more out of it this way. There is a purpose for fully inflated vs under inflated. Try both and see which one gives you the best results 20-30 min after you use it. Often the one that feels the best initially doesn't leave a lasting effect. -
Question: what are the dimensions in inches of this roll?
Answer: About 9 inches long (measuring from the middle of each end), and 11 1/2 inch circumference around the middle. Measured after inflated. -
Question: What is the best needle inflating pump for this mini roll? I am disappointed I could not use it right away as it arrived deflated: (
Answer: Any needle for inflating basketball or football. I actually use mine mostly deflated and get a better stretch for my spine. -
Question: it says it is latex-free, but in the material section it says is made of latex. Which is the real material?
Answer: I doubt it is latex and it is very useful. -
