Answer: Yes, the product is safe for food contact. -

Answer: Yes, it can be used on marble, travertine, limestone, and other surfaces. -
Question: Is this a stand-alone granite sealer?
Answer: No, it is not a stand-alone granite sealer, but it does have a built-in sealer for added protection. -
Question: Will it work for grave stone made of granite? Want to clean and polish it.
Answer: It should, if the surface is rough it may soak up quite a bit of the product initially though. I'd bring a couple heavy duty rags to apply it evenly. -
Question: Can this me used on an unsealed limestone hearth?
Answer: Yes, but this will not really seal your stonework. Also note this cleaner is no more effective than basic soap and water cleaning. If it is new limestone, I recommend getting it professionally sealed first or at least using a basic sealer like Black Diamond Nex-Gen Natural Stone Penetrating Sealer and then using a stonework polish if you want some luster. -
Question: Can this be used on floors?
Answer: Hi Patricia, It absolutely can be used on floors. I use this on my polished travertine floors all the time. -
Question: Do you need a separate sealer or will this be able to seal just on its own?
Answer: Black Diamond is an excellent product. You wipe it on your granite and it shines and is sealed. You're done. I do the process more than just once a year because it leaves such an amazing shine. I do not need any other products. -
Question: Can this be used daily to clean and seal kitchen countertops?
Answer: Yes… I use it several times a day to clean and shine our granite countertops. Been using for months with no apparent build up or problems- I like it! -
Question: Can this be used on slate floors?
Answer: Yes, you may use this on your slate. If you have a large area you may want to use our concentrated maintenance cleaner, Marble & Stone Wash. -
Question: Is this product good and safe to use?
Answer: The product is good. I don’t understand why it would not be safe. -
Question: I bought this to seal granite and frankly it doesn't work. Any other options which is stronger?
Answer: Hi, thank you for your question. The granite plus is primarily a cleaner with a small amount of Sealer added and not a standalone sealer. It is made to safely clean your stone every time you use it. You would need a standalone sealer if you're looking to seal only. We recommend our Granite Sealer in the pint-size for an average sized kitchen. -
Question: Can this be used on regular ceramic tile floors?
Answer: This absolutely can be used on your ceramic floors. This is a great cleaner for all natural stone and tile. There is a small amount of sealer with the cleaner that will be able to help the sealer on the grout.
