Answer: Yes. If you commit to a low carb high protein diet. This whey tastes the best of all the whey that is on the market. It is not gritty and taste great with skim milk and ice. My husband takes it with 2percent milk and fresh strawberries. I drink it as a meal replacement. He drinks it in addition to his meals. It is expensive but last a while and is a great investment. Treat yourself you deserve it! We purchase it directly from the website. You get more protein for your money. We purchase the 5gallon strawberry. The other flavors not as good as strawberry. Also he adds 1 cup of Greek yougart.
