Use the SCG ramp in mobility, lawn and garden, or commercial applications for a long-lasting, rust-free solution to overcome any step or incline up to 6” high. 2” side rails are tapered to allow exterior doors to swing open over the ramp and will keep mobility devices, such as scooters, wheelchairs, or power chairs, safe during use. Durable hinges ensure that heavy equipment, such as lawnmowers or loaded handcarts, will make it up and down the ramp just as safely. A solid, full-plate lip can be permanently mounted using pre-drilled holes and steel security pins or you can easily transport the ramp from place to place using the built-in suitcase-style handles. |

Answer: It is easy to handle. Folds in half and has a handle. Doesnt seem heavy at all. Ready to use out of the box. This model fits a 6 inch step perfectly. Very sturdy and works for mom and wheel chair weight of 225. -
Question: would this size work for going up a curb? i would like to step 1/2 way up on the ramp and then go up the rest of the way.
Answer: At curb height the angle is about 35 to 40 degrees. I have used this to gain access to one step into my friend's home. The size makes this unit quite portable, but I still need some assistance when I try to take two stair steps with it, provide that the first step is not very deep. The two steps raise the angle to about 60 plus degrees, so I need some assistance for that sometimes.. -

Answer: I do not know - it was a gift for someone else. I believe the weight rating was in the descriptive details. -

Answer: I would say you would need at least a 6 foot ramp to get much of a mower up to the back of a 2004 f150 -

Question: Will the Ramps work with a riding lawn more
Answer: It's possible...The ramp has a little lip on it that will hook to the back of a pickup truck. I didn't notice it giving any to the weight of a mobile wheelchair. But I also didn't have it that far off the ground. I was used to bridge the front door to the porch with a 3 inch step up. -

Question: how do you measure a shed ramp?
Answer: If you measure the "rise" which is from the ground to the top of the floor the seller's website will tell you what length ramp they would recommend for your shed. -
Question: Can you use this ramp for wheelchair use for a side-entry into a Honda Odyssey ?
Answer: I'm not sure in reference to the specific vehicle, however, I can tell you that I used it on a steep three staircase. It gripped the top of the steps and did not slip. I was able to push my mother right up the ramp in a wheelchair. It folds easily and is convenient to use.
