Look, these may be just ice packs to some, but I suffer from a medical condition that requires the use of these a couple of times a day Unfortunately I can't use ice from the freezer). The fold -to -activate feature is nice, they last much longer than expected and are a fantastic size for most applications. I've already reordered and while I hope I don't need to do so again, if I do, it will be these. The pricing is excellent on a per unit basis. Updated 4/24/2013: All that I wrote above remains true, however I wanted to add that I ordered a combined 7 cases of these through 3 orders. Having used 3 of those so far, I've encountered 5 packs that had activated before being taken out of the case, rendering them useless, and 3 that leaked on a corner seam, the exact same spot on all three. Still a good product, but don't expect to get 24 and be able to use 24.
