      Answer: Good product but badly Packaged! It is very hard to open unlike preparation H which is very easy. I have arthritic hands.

      Answer: Anusol as a product does help to reduce the swelling associated with haemorrhoids. A result of the shrinking of the blood vessels is a reduction in bleeding - HOWEVER if the bleeding is more than a little, or is constant, referral to a physician is recommended

      Answer: Bismuth oxide, bismuth subgallate, balsalm peru, zinc oxide (mostly protective and astringent properties). This product is the most effective one I've found.

    The most effective hemarrhoidal suppository that doesn't contain Lidocaine!
    Lidocaine is the only topical cream or ointment that works for hemorrhoid pain, but this Anusol product comes a close second in pain-relief and vasoconstriction.

    Truly cures!
    This is very effective and truly cures the problem instead of just being a temporary lubricant. It even cured a case that the doctor was planning to do a banding procedure on.
