    Does what it says! Prepare yourself and take time off from work, if you choose to this! A week or 2 if you have the option should be enough.

    You will exorcise the demons out
    Second time buying this product because it works! I take 1/2 the recommended dose and that prevents any cramps or living on the toilet for me. I am 39/w who has struggled with constipation and ibs for years and after my first cleanse with this product I felt like a new woman, and my body was regular and happy on its own :). It’s been 3 months so I’m doing the cleanse again (gonig to do one every 90 days for the next year) My skin is clear, my mood is boosted and I feel light as a feather after this cleanse. 10/10 recommend. Just make sure you eat lots of Whole Foods, drink 2 liters or more of water a day and don’t take the pills when you eat but between meals. I found if you take them with a meal you will experience more cramps but on an empty stomach or a couple hours before or after eating and we will just feel gurgling but not as bad cramps.

    Only lasted 1.5 days
    I don’t know if this makes the product good or bad, i stopped taking it after just one and a half days. I just have to say diarrhea cha cha cha
