Question: How long does this last in the fridge?
Answer: I've left an opened bottle of this for as long as 2 months and found it to be just as good. Could last even longer. (Make sure cap is closed.) -

Answer: No -
Question: How is the freshness of the oil maintained during shipping?
Answer: It's not kept cold during shipping as far as I can tell. Initially I too was concerned, but I haven't experienced a problem. I always check the date it was packaged. (I use it as my main oil on salads and cooked food, tastes great.)
